As you can appreciate, our school, as a data controller, processes a lot of personal data about our pupils (past and present). This means we must fulfil our responsibilities which are set out in the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA18) and UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR). As a school we are make sure our procedures are rigorous when it comes to data protection legislation and follow the guidelines presented by the government. It is our fundamental aim to ensure all our pupils and their personal data are safe.
