Friday 22nd May
Good morning Year 1,
Today is the last day of home learning for two weeks as it would usually be a school holiday! I think that I can hear you cheering! If you wish, you can still catch-up on any activities or visit BBC Bitesize. I would like you to spend lots of time doing fun things and remember to be kind to your family!
It was lovely to hear from Lyla yesterday who has lost her first tooth! Joel has made an amazing rainbow using fruit and vegetables. What a great idea!
It will be Isabel's birthday next Friday, so Happy Birthday from all your friends in Year 1. We all hope that you have a brilliant day!

Thursday 21st May
Good morning Year 1,
I hope that today is going to be another sunny day. I think that I should have made our poetry work all about sunny weather instead of rainy!
Have you completed your special 'Joy of Moving' sports festival day? We are hoping to have ours on Friday. Don't forget to send in your photos!
Enjoy the sunshine,

Wednesday 20th May
Good Morning Year 1,
As you know, this week I am in school and it is very quiet without you all when I pop into our classroom. Hopefully this won't be for too much longer!
There is another birthday in Year 1 this week, so let us all wish Jack a very Happy Birthday. We hope that you have lots of fun on your very special day!

Monday 18th May
Good Morning Year 1,
I hear so many wonderful messages about how hard you are working! I know that it can be hard to do your school work at home, but do keep trying. We often joke together in class about my invisible 'I like to help' badge! Remember that you parents are trying to help you and they also have these invisible badges! Hopefully it won't be too long before we all get back together again. Be patient just a little while longer and keep thinking about our school values.
Have a happy Monday,
Love from
Mrs Harris
