Welcome to your homework page for 9th October.
This week, I am going to set you Maths work on the MyMaths site so have a go at it at the weekend just to check that you can access it; then, if you have any issues, you can tell me about them on Monday.
I am uploading spellings and your English work here as usual.
Your homework this week goes well with the statistics work that we have been doing in class this week. Make sure that you also try to go on Times Tables Rock Stars every day to improve your recall of tables and division facts.
You can go to the MyMaths website directly or you can click the link here to take you to the login page.
Remember to choose the correct amount of spellings to learn as we discussed in class.
Keep up with your reading every day; this will help to improve your comprehension and writing skills.
This week's English homework is related to our work on Personification. Complete the sheet and then, in your own reading, try to find examples of personification or any other figurative language such as metaphor, simile, hyperbole, or onomatopaeia.
