Visit from the Fire Service

The school was very pleased to welcome four fire officers from 'White Watch' at Altrincham Fire Station on Monday 4th November. Their visit had two aims. Firstly, to inform the junior pupils about the work of the Fire Service in Greater Manchester and, secondly, to make a presentaion to pupils about the dangers of Bonfire Night.

The four officers met with the junior children in the hall where they made their presentation. The question and answer session was very lively showing that the pupils had found the visit very interesting and informative.

Thanks to 'White Watch' for giving us their time.
