Web-Based ordering of School Meals

From the start of the next half term (Monday 6th June 2016) parents will be required to order school meals through the Parent Pay system. A letter has gone out to all parents (see copy in the 'Letters section of this web-site) giving details of this new procedure.

It has been implemented with the aim of allowing parents and pupils a greater choice of school meals, as well as improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the kitchen by cutting down a waste and time spent in serving meals.

Meals will need to be ordered, ideally, one week in advance. However, the final deadline will be 2 working days in advance.

The system will only be open to orders from after Thursday 26th May (during the Whit half term break).

The first day for pre-ordered meals will be Monday 6th June 2016.

It is very important that all school meals are paid for in advance as this system does not have the facility to allow meals to be paid for in arrears.
