Welcome to Year 6!

Year 6 is an exciting and important year at our school, led by our class teacher, Mrs. Brogan. As the oldest pupils in the school, we take pride in being positive role models who live out our school values every day — caring, believing, achieving, and learning. We work hard in our lessons and support each other to be the best we can be. Leadership is a big part of Year 6 life, and we are proud to take on responsibilities such as Values Ambassadors, Reading Ambassadors, Maths Ambassadors, and Sports Leaders. These roles help us to lead by example and support the younger children throughout the school.

Year 6 is a time to work hard, make memories, and prepare for the exciting move to secondary school. We focus on learning and achieving our best in our final assessments, but we also make sure to enjoy every moment of our final year. Highlights include our fantastic residential trip to Robin Wood, which helps us build confidence and teamwork, and our end-of-year production — a chance to celebrate everything we’ve achieved together. It’s a special year full of learning, laughter, and unforgettable experiences!
