Life Cycles

Over the last half term the children have been looking at the life cycles of caterpillars, tadpoles and seeds.

Life Cycle of a Frog

The children have enjoyed visiting the wildlife area each week to monitor the development of the tadpoles.

Pond Dipping

Life Cycle of a Butterfly

The children have LOVED having the caterpillars in our classroom over the last few weeks. They have watched them eating, growing and changing each day. Finally, after two weeks the butterflies have pushed their way out of the cocoons.

Thinking about our teeth
Jenny and Corrie two dental nurses from Maple Road Dentist came to visit us. They talked to us about keeping our teeth healthy. We have to brush our teeth twice a day for two minutes and think carefully about the types of food we eat each day. Thank you for coming to visit us.
