Homework
Homework will set each Friday via our ClassDojo. This will include spellings to learn and practise on Spelling Shed, and Maths which will be set via MyMaths. There will be a piece of English to complete each week which could be a reading, writing or grammar practice exercise. In addition, the Vocab Ninja words from the week will be uploaded for discussion at home. Any homework to be submitted to Mrs. Djennati should be uploaded on Portfolio on Class Dojo by the following Thursday.
Spellings and times tables will be tested every Thursday or Friday in school.
We learnt about the reproductive parts of the flowering plant and then had a practical lesson dissecting tulips.
Year 5 had a fabulous full day workshop which incorporated science, computing and design technology. We created and programmed a range of Lego devices and also used pulleys, gears and levers to make things move.
