Inspiring children to care, learn and achieve

Tuesday 7th April

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all okay and looking forward to the Easter Weekend. It is definitely going to be different this year but I am sure you will have a great time with your family and will have lots of tasty Easter eggs to eat. I have been very pleased to see photographs of you completing home learning tasks at home. You have been getting stuck into the Chilli Challenges, the English and Maths tasks and even the Well Being activities. It was nice to see Jackson 1 doing some gardening and growing vegetables from seed. I know that some more of you have done the same.

It was also nice to hear about Jackson 2 enjoying reading Greek Myths and making a Medusa mask. I believe it was spectacular, so well done. As you will all see on our home learning page, Jackson has also created a wonderful, colourful and stylish Easter Egg. I think you should display that in your bedroom window so that people going on their daily walks will be able to spot it in the window (Easter Egg Hunt). In fact that is a nice idea for all the class to get involved in. I know that I will be completing one and displaying it in my window.

This week I am decorating my kitchen/diner and garden room. It is hard work but I am enjoying it. I put the radio on and sing and paint at the same time. I think it will probably take the week but that doesn't matter when it is finished its going to look so good. I will definitely post photographs to show you all what I have done.

I look forward to seeing / hearing more about what you have been doing so make sure you keep sending in  your messages and photographs. It definitely brings a smile to my day. I like to know what you are doing.

Stay safe,

Mrs Dent
