Home School Sports Day

Can you believe that this is our 9th week of home learning. This will be our last week of home learning until Monday 8th June as we break up for a two week break on Friday.

This week’s home learning is a little different as we have the Joy of Moving to complete on one of our days. Evie, Alfie, Mr Brogan and I are really looking forward to complete our Sports Day at home. I will make sure to tweet our fun to the school twitter account, make sure you do too @cloverlea 1917

Please work through the activities below at your own pace and please do continue to email me with your learning. I love to receive emails from you to see how you you are getting on.

Take care and I hope to see you all soon

Love Mrs Brogan

This week Mrs. Rickels has sent home a 'Joy of Moving - Home School Festival Booklet'. We would love for every pupil to take part at some point during this week.

This week you will have 4 days of home learning , so that a day of your choice, is freed up to take part in the festival.

Please feel free to share photos of your 'Home School Sports Day' by emailing or sharing them on twitter @Cloverlea1917.

This week for your English lesson I would like you to use BBC Bitesize. Please visit their website each da to look at the videos, quizzes and worksheets they have on offer

Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar.

This week I would like you to think about your punctuation in writing. I have attached some work below for you to think about the use of different punctuation within sentences.

Please continue to learn your 2, 5 and 10 times tables up to 12. If you feel confident with these then do start to look at the 3 times tables as well. Don't forget that you can use times tables rock stars to help with this.

This week in Maths I would like you to look at Volume and Capacity. Please look at the power point and then complete each of the activities over the week. When you have completed all of the activities please have a go at the quiz to see what you have remembered.

In addition you can head over to the BBC Bitesize website to look at their daily learning too

This weeks Well Being activity is to make a craft jar. Use these craft instructions to create your own well being jar. Having things to look forward to can make you feel happier and improve your well being. Each time you think of something you would like to do in the future, write it on a piece of paper and place it inside your decorated jar.
